Your Caseloads and Outcomes Report should be submitted online through this website no later than Tuesday, January 15, 2013 by 5:00 pm. The caseload and outcomes report for your portion of the 2012 Annual Report has been produced for your review and approval or revision. Please select your district to display your report. Once you log in using the same password that you use to access your district narrative report , you will see your report in Pdf format. Follow the below instructions to download your report or re-size it for viewing within the site.
